THE MISSION:

LEADING PEOPLE TO, ON MISSION, PURPOSE RICH LIFESTYLES.

The vision:

We provide “people of service” a program consisting of coaching, immersion camps, retreats, leadership training, critical information, skills, and tools at no expense. Thus, building these men and women up and improving cultures within their families, communities and workplaces without taking resources away from
​their households..

We will generate operational expenses by partnering with, and providing services to, organizations and agencies. In this way, we aim to facilitate a truly unique, mission first, personal development program which has never seen before.

WHO WE SERVE:
PEOPLE OF SERVICE. Though we work heavily with veterans, first responders, and family of, we do not exclude men with no MIL/RES experience/connection.
The Guild focuses on men who desire to serve something bigger than themselves.


​WHAT WE DO:
We DO NOT “fix” people. WE COLLECT ASSETS. By joining The Guild, and adopting our ethos,  you become an asset for someone else. We provide free access to an immersive program, coaching, tailored content, training, education, mentorship, networking, fellowship, peer support, resources and leadership opportunities, fast tracking people to on mission, purpose rich lifestyles. All hopefuls must apply for acceptance.

HOW WE DO IT:
We offer training & education to companies, organizations, agencies and individuals as a means to fund the mission. Through these fundraising efforts we are able to provide our program at no cost to the man. Alumni can choose to become contributing members, return as leadership and can train to be a coach and/or instructor.

WHY WE DO IT:
We believe that when people live on mission they feel purposeful. They are healthier and happier. People on mission bring leadership with them like a lantern. All within their proximity benefit from their efforts and perspectives.
