Det. Justin “Stu” Stewart, CPS - President/Founder
A seasoned coach, speaker, trainer/teacher, peer support specialist and critical incident debriefing agent with real world leadership experience, earned in overcoming hardship, and excelling in high stakes, life or death, situations.
Stu founded The Guild Men's Fellowship in 2019 and is committed to leading people to on mission purpose rich lifestyles.
A History of Tenacity: Stu has shown extreme perseverance, introspection, adaptability and the ability to overcome adversity in his personal and professional life. A former tattoo shop owner who dropped everything he knew and said "yes" to the calling on his life. Wishing to serve both individuals and his country, he landed on two occupations. Mentor. Police Officer. Stu's dedication to being his best earned him his way to police academy where he graduated best overall in his class, class lieutenant, and earned perfect attendance and physical fitness awards. Additionally, he has become and adjunct professor at the academy he attended. During his law enforcement career, he has been promoted several times to positions of Field Trainer, K9 Deputy, Sergeant, Detective, Lieutenant and Federal Task Force Officer. He is still currently serving as a Special Investigations Detective TFO and Ballistic Shield Operator on a Quick Reaction Force.
Noteworthy Awards: CIT Officer Of The Year, Life Saver, Meritorious Conduct (State and Local x2), Meritorious Unit, Tactical Unit Citation.

Sgt. Tyler Czarnowsky, MA, QMHP, CPS - Vice President
A highly accomplished clinician, educator, and mentor with a rich background in public service. Commencing his professional mentoring career in 2020.
A US Army National Guard veteran and distinguished law enforcement officer, Tyler has become a pivotal figure in fostering programs with entities such as Missouri Children’s Division, Missouri Behavioral Health Counsel, Missouri CIT, and Missouri Department of Corrections. Currently, he serves on the Missouri First Responder Provider Network state sub-committee, furthering his mission to support those who have served.
Beyond his leadership roles in Missouri, Tyler is recognized as the sole certified NOVA (National Organization for Victims Assistance) trainer in the state and one of fewer than 50 globally certified to instruct this material. His instructional expertise spans Missouri CIT courses at both state and local levels, as well as NOVA, delivering invaluable information to over 1000 individuals.
Tyler's commitment to mental health advocacy, is aimed at addressing the gaps in support and resources. Diligently working to enhance both himself and those around him, Tyler continues to be a beacon of inspiration and positive change in the realm of mental health and public service.
